I hear what you guys are saying re the gov and asserting their rights. But if the patent is deemed essential to the US economy, the tech should be considered an "essential" patent and be given standard "essential" patent rates. To rule it is an essential patent and not treat it as such is doublespeak. I'm not naive to think all things are fair in gov actions, and i'm certainly not naive to think Lecky's BK was not planned with many positions to be taken, but I have to be semi-logical and say chips "may" fall our way before it's over. Not sure but that is why I'm still here.
