I was that shareholder.... wanting to see the list of shareholders. FYI, that list must be available for viewing 30 days before a SHM. I had to insist to see it. They really didn't want me coming around to the place. When I got there I could see why.

The list only gave the names of about one quarter of the shares. The other shares are in street name. So I still have to wonder who really owns the other 75% of the company shares?

I wonder if they have renewed their lease or are waiting for a court ruling to move to fancier digs. There is a management company sign on the front of the property if someone wants to call and see what spaces are available ( or going to be available ).
