I already contacted an attorney and his staff about taking the whole company to task. That was more than two years ago. He had just won a case which had been covered in the press. I saw similarities between his case and our situation with PTSC. He was willing to take the case on a contingency basis plus some payment up front. (I believe a few others have made similar efforts to varying degrees) Money is just one of the ingredients to making a lawsuit against the company succeed. Information and time are two others. I had neither the time or the complete information he required. I put it out here to see if others might be willing to combine efforts ( not necessarily money ) and it didn't seem to go anywhere. Yet I had one attorney who agreed with me and others that the case was worthy.

Thank God for CM going after DL. His suit has opened up many closed doors. Justice will prevail, IMO.
