Bankerson, instead of asking Brian or others to take action, why not you? If not you, whom? Brian and you and others are good at the talk....the walk part is completely absent. It is and always has been nothing but hot air from some blow-hards trying to seek OPM (other peoples monies) to seek redress. IMO, it is time to put up or shut up. And by the way, i will not contribute ten cents to any group from anyone on this board seeking community funds to fund an action. nb.

What a hypocritical statement. You complain about investors not stepping up and doing anything, then lambast them when they try to take the first step by garnering support from other investors here on this PTSC forum.. Then on top of that after complaining no-one has done anything you refuse to participate regardless... You expect someone to do all the work and pay all the expenses for you.. No one should be expected to shoulder that expense on their own, or even the majority of it, while everyone else gets a free ride..
