Ron nicely said. Based on what you say it seems to me the BOD has a responsibility to go after DL to get the money back! Now how much is that money? Where are the papers of the lawsuit filed by PTSC against PDS? And where are the papers filed of the lawsuit by PDS against DL or TPL?

Hard to file a lawsuit against oneself. Yet it is totally possible to file a lawsuit against a partner. If nothing else PTSC and PDS should be filing lawsuits to use as leverage,IMO.
