The fur is really flying but the revelations in these docs are troubling. It seems PTSC's Carlton Johnson, our representative on PDS, did not aggressively pursue bringing back a third member. But then it also says Leckrone didn't either, and it leaves a belief that Leckrone would never have approved a candidate CJ might propose, and probably vice versa. So maybe CJ didn't feel it was worth the effort. Neither of these two should be allowed to run a janitor service, let alone a multi-million dollar business.
However, the apparent failure of Carlton Johnson to pressure Leckrone on a third member would seem to be detrimental to PTSC. What's the point of paying CJ extra to attend PDS "meetings" if he doesn't enforce the fundaments of the PDS constitution?
I wonder if anyone at the SEC is reading all these documents? If not, why not?
