subordinate his personal UCC property security, and pledged certain litigation and proceeds rights TPL had (including 50% of TPL's interest in the gross proceeds of the MMP) to CCC as their collaterial until they were paid back for TPL's rent owned to them.
From the looks of it, CCC has been paid about half of what was owed. When it's eventually all paid off all Subordination rights will end, and the TPL property (and MMP patents) will once again be specific Security solely held DL.
It's interesting that the Agreement was made in March 2012, just months before the new Com Ag and one year before TPL filed for BK.
I also think it's instructive for us to remember that DL's UCC-1 Filing covering the MMP patents was said to have been filed April 14, 2010. Take note that PTSC filed it's original Complaint agaist TPL for Breach of Contract, Fiduciary Duty, Fraud, Unjust Enrichment, etc, on April 22, 2010.
