This guys has his claws into us so deep and all our past and current BOD's let him have the store. It really truely begs to ask the question, what the hell does he have on PTSC or any of the past or present board members that they would agree to such unadulterated crap? Or maybe they have money funneling into accounts in the Cayman Islands.

Most everything tht our BOD has agreed to goes right against most every one of the fiduciary responsibilities that they were sworn to uphold. We, as an intelligent group of investors, really need to keep the pressure on all these scum bags. No wonder none of them have used their own money to buy shares, they don't have to!
