I also think it's instructive for us to remember that DL's UCC-1 Filing covering the MMP patents was said to have been filed April 14, 2010. Take note that PTSC filed it's original Complaint agaist TPL for Breach of Contract, Fiduciary Duty, Fraud, Unjust Enrichment, etc, on April 22, 2010.

Would this not be a Material Event regarding PTSC's primary asset, a part ownership of MMP, in that ownership of the other part of MMP had been pledged by TPL/Leckrone? If such a pledge had to be executed would that impact the PDS agreement? Was any of this ever disclosed by PTSC in SEC filings or a shareholder communication?
