With all due respect (which rounds down close to 0) i2007s and others wouldn't be asking such reasonable questions if our BoD had not apparently ceased annual internal audits of the PTSC books. Yet the BoD receives specific pay purely for being on the PTSC Audit Committee, not to mention Cliff is paid in part to be our CFO.
