The know what a formidable foe the two are. They knew they had gotten into bed with the devil. Remember, they tried to avoid the Lecky's but lost the court battle. As much as I am disappointed with current situation, is it just wishful thinking or a real possibility that our Board saw the only way to oust these snakes was to appear to play his game while documenting the situation and waiting till patents were tested and sufficient evidence to prove they are scoundrel? It would explain why the BoD appears so secretive. It would be very delicate and difficult to pull this off and protect shareholders from these evil men. Course, one would have to trust Gloria, Carlton, and Cliff to believe they would do this. Anyone?

BTW, I wanted to say thanks to BaNosser and Laurie. Without them this board would be virtuallly worthless. Thanks for your tireless sacrifices for all of us.
