That paragraph dovetails with what, in my opinion, is the fraud of the majority of the 'early mover' discounts: a ploy by TPL to get buy-in for reduced MMP license fees, which indeed the BoD fell for. Hence, TPL was able to bundle low-ball MMP pricing in favor of higher license fees for their portfolio, so they could then siphon off the vast lions share of the combined value of bundled licenses................ all the while keeping individual license values secret and assigning the 'early mover' discount moniker to MMP in order to appease the PTSC side of the equation.

Nice plan, but shenanigans like this never last forever. And in BK court, there is no where to hide.
