Brian,
You know, why Swartz had to step in in 2001 et al.
You know, why Leckrone TPL came to the table 2004/2005.
You know, why it was reasonable to choose the "umbrella" path of M&As (someone remember this?), given the expectation of further license millions coming in.
You know, why it was a difficult but comprehensible decision to proceed with TPL/Alliacense in 2010.
You know, why the company saves as much money as they can and therefore reduced the sharebuy back to half a million shares per quarter.
And of course and above all you know, why licensing revenues have gone back between the "re-ex"-times at the USPTO and the different litigations between 2007 and today.
You all know this (at least you pretend to be an intelligent guy with great insight in Corporate America) but repeatedly come up with this one message:
"It's all and only the BoD's fault!!!!!!!!!!"
Either you're not what you're pretending to be (= intelligent guy) or you're agitating for motives you hide.
Hence it would make "discussion" with you much easier if you'd disclose what you REALLY want (and please don't come up with this senseless "let's get rid of the BoD" record - you didn't make it in the last ten years, so you won't make it in the years until the end of the patents).
For the record: I also think that the BoD have made several mistakes but in the whole scheme of things their fault contributed just a fraction of the points I raised above.
