I suggested no such thing. I wish that I could guide us on what should be done. You infer meaning in my comments that are in your mind, not my words.

I believe I can sometimes recognize a major contributor to a problem, from similar experiences over 30+ years in the business world. My experience with similar problems was the only basis and meaning of my comments.
