"and until Shareholders let Cliff and the BOD know just how really angry they are, if they are, or until Shareholders are willing to retain their own Securities Counsel to investigate fiduciary issues and force changes upon PTSC, nothing will change"

Ok, here's the truth - Brian at one point stated that he owned 8 million shares of ptsc. That was some ten or so years ago. So he had a substantial holding during the run of 2006 up to $2.25. I think it's safe to say he must have taken some profit back then - his close friend ronran posted that he sold 200,000 shares when the stock was around $2. So is it safe to think Brian took some off the table too? I think so.

So here we have two men, one of which admittedly put somewhere between $300k and $400k in his pocket from selling ptsc stock. The other probably either made multi-millions, still has a potential multi-millions to protect, or both.

So based on the above posting by Brian I say "Let's go". Since the above gentlemen have profitted substantially from their investment in ptsc, and one is vociferous in his call for hiring an attorney to do something about "the situation", you would think that both men would be in a position to put up a lot of money to get things going. After all, ronran still has 800,000 shares. And Brian has either made multi-millions, or has multi-millions of shares still held, or both. Somehow there is always this call for action, and he, having a huge vested interest in taking action, never gets anything done.

So, I'm going to help him out to organizing things. The only thing he has to do is put his money where his mouth is.

The following posters have pretty much backed the Brian and ronran postings the last few years. So it is reasonable to assume that they have an interest in helping get things done, too - laurie, lamberts, teremoto, ease, banosser, PTSC Investor, 1rare1, jldmt, ads, fleeced Sheep, shboomer, Ofarmer, The Informer, bankerson. More recently we have ptsc3po, head2toe, runner and Alfred E that seem to be in agreement with Brian and ronran.

So aside from Brian and ronran we have 18 posters (at least) that it would seem would be interested in putting up some money to get things done. I would think if Brian and Ron can muster $200k between them - a drop in the bucket to what they've taken out and are still protecting - and the rest come up with $5k apiece, that's $290,000 that can be used to hire a securities attorney.

I have a client who is an attorney who has graciously offered to escrow that funds that are sent in. He is licensed in Illinois. When the commitment is there from the above-mentioned people, I will post his name and address so that you can send the funds to him. Before sending the funds you will be able to research his background so that any concerns regarding his holding this money should be minimized. DO NOT go with a plan to send funds to some anonymous message board poster. If you don't like my attorney, let someone else choose one - but make it an attorney, someone that can be researched and held accountable for the funds that come in. If something goes wrong you can report him to the bar association that he belongs to. He will also have a public address, so that you can make sure your funds are being mailed to who you think they are being mailed to. Whatever attorney is chosen to escrow the funds will communicate with the securities attorney that he will not be liable for any unpaid bills. With their legal background and respect of this board I say let Brian and ronran chose the securities attorney.

Now, let's see who's got the guts to take this to the next level. Right Ron?
