It's been several days since the last action by Judge Grewal at NDoC. Is any calendar set for the next key event? Was a date limit set for HTC and TPL to settle? Was a new Magistrate assigned to manage the settlement? Was any date given for Judge Grewal to rule on the various motions, most importantly that of HTC to Dismiss the case as a Matter of Law? I don't recall seeing anything in the Pacers. Would the Court Clerk (Oscar?) know?
