You may have missed my point. I like Chuck, but whomever agreed for PDS to pay him several million over the next few years should maybe have put some conditions around the deal - such as appear as and when reasonably requested by PDS. I don't blame Chuck. I blame PDS management if indeed they didn't explain what they expected in return from the payments.
