Is someone able to paraphrase what Fujitsu's plan is? I haver read through most of motion. It sounds like they are scared that once a trustee is apointed they will go after the companies that have already licensed the MMP or one of the other TPL patents for more money. I thought this was impossible unless there was some huge fraud maybe. Does the OCC plan call for the existing licenses to be renegotiated or something similar to allow for them to go after licensees for more money? I am probably way off base here. That is why I hope that someone is able to put their plan into more simpler terms for I am but a simple man.
