I suspect that some of these payments to DL and his band of crooks could be open to claw-back. They will not be able to keep the money if it is deemed paid outside of the scope of the agreement and il-begotten.

This whole TPL may unravel because these people won't work for nothing. At this point in time, they are non-essential, especially DL kid.
