For me, more important than the Trustee issue, is the Alliasence relationship/contract issue.

Ever since the 2012 new ComAg, it is there were DL shifted his power over the MMP from PDS to Alliasence. Gloria and Carl signed on to an agreement that imo effectively allowed the tail to wag the dog.

Sitting a Trustee for TPL's seat on PDS, without addressing Alliasence's monopoly over the MMP, will have minor benefit.
