Yes, it would currently be up to PDS. I remain hopeful that if DL's status changes in that he is no longer the debtor in possession, the Operating Agreement of PDS might be terminated. I would like to see PTSC be free to license on their own possibly with Chuck Moore. DL will be so buried in his own BK "dung" that we could run circles around him and his clan and begin to license the MMP without commingling.
