Pointing out past mistakes made by the BOD and continuing ongoing scrutiny of the day to day operations and litigations by the company are good things, if not great. A lot of pertainent information was uncovered/discovered by individuals with their DD. Like examing court filings/documents not only from the court cases that directly relate to PTSC but other court happenings from other cases that can indirectly have meaningful consequences for PTSC.

Too much information is far better than none. Lay it out there so we can judge for ourselves..... What I think....
