They are showing up now to make sure the rights they thought they had with respect to full and final settlements will continue to be upheld even amid the BK proceedings.

And here is the subsequent response by the creditor's committee, which indicates that the creditor's committe Plan of Reorganization never intended to dredge up past licensees, nor subject them to potential rejection post-confirmation etc...

If you do not want to read at least the first 4 pages of the first link, at least read the CC's response in the second link which addresses the issue(s) brought forth by the past licensees.
