While I personally agree that an SEC investigation would not be the first action I would endorse for PTSC (I would on the other hand support and contribute to a fund to solicit the expertise of Legal Council to investigate the books, actions and decisions of the Stewards of PTSC to see just how dirty they are and have been...) I actually don't see how an SEC investigation would really hurt? It would potentially hold those responsible who have broken the law or ignored their fiduciary responsibility... I don't see it harming the patents in anyway.. which after all is the only thing of value for the shareholders.. In actuality it could get rid of the bottleneck 'at the top'... Then combine the salaries of those jettisoned.. offer 75% of it to Otteson and an additional % of the money collected via licenses to run the show... He already has TI & Arm dead to rights...
