I tend to agree. Why attack the company in such a way now, at this juncture, after we just recieved a favorable ruling at the NDOC and we await a ruling by the ITC that for all intents and purposes looks like we have a good shot at being successful there as well. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOW??? Makes no sense whatsoever IMO.
