Was that "new" July 2012 agreement rationally or even remotely worth us dropping the opportunities and leverage of our legal action ? From what we could read of the unredacted version, investors/posters soundly rejected it as inadequate to protect our business interests. With what we know from the uncovered facts of our suit with TPL, Gloria's and Carl's sworn Declarations, TPL's BK timing, TPL's licensing revelations previously unknown to retail PTSC investors until the HTC trial, and with predictable TPL BK events having unfolded as they have, I think this Agreement raises many very serious questions.
