Personally, I hope the "Plan" is rejected and TPL/leckrone is forced into Chapter 7, and liquidate himself into oblivion. He is one toxic individual, imo.

It is also time for Cliffy, Gloria and Johnson to exit the scene. This is not in my humble opinion...they have proven time and time again that they do not care about the shareprice or shareholders. Why did Johnson agree to keep the last change to the ComAg secret until 2017? I understand what leckrone has to hide, but what is Johnson trying to hide until 2017?
