Very tired of the bickering on this board. So I would like to propose and suggest the following.

If a poster feels that the current (a/s 2/2014) Patriot Board is doing a good/adequate/exceptional (put in your own adjective) then I suggest that a new Agora site be formed for you few so you can have your freedom of speech and allowing this site to proceed to provide real, correct information regarding current matters regarding PTSC and it's future(?).

I believe it is time to stop talking (that time was up years ago) about the poor performance of our overpaid Board. It is my opinion that their lack of moderately adequate corporate guidance has displayed a total lack of management ability or something worse which I hesitate to mention herein. In any case it is time that all interested shareholders through one or more willing shareholder(s) contribute monetarily to a fund to hire a legal advocate to represent the shareholders of Patriot Scientific. True that job should be the function of our current Board of Directors.

The current Board has proved imo through their lack of acton in protecting our rights in the matter of the TPL bankruptcy. By failing to take the opportunity while TPL is in Bk the PTSC board has failed as far as we know to attempt to divest ourselves, to disconnect ourselves of any connection to TPL or the Leckrones in regard to PDS or Alliacense.

The minimum information we have obtained (I have no knowledge of a forensic audit or it's results) showing that at the least DL has played a bit loose with joint assets (i.e. the mmp income or lack there of) is sufficient in my opinion to have motivated our well compensated Board to initiate legal action to move us away from any connection to TPL/Leckrones and with this legal action formally and strongly become a friend of the bk committee before the court seeking to divest the Leckrones of any interaction with the MMP and any other TPL asset.

Our Boards aquienesce to a 25% share of revenue to the Leckroones in addition to their 50% share of what is remaining on any licensing efforts alone should of rang warning bells that it is was time to act but we did not.

With the backing of the PTSC Board of Directors there should of been an insistence on full disclosure from TPL/Leckrone on the history of any financial transactions over the past five years or so. However, that did not happen and our Board sits on their collective hands and the clock ticks.

Finally but certainly not the last item there should be for immediate shareholder action is that the Board of Directors of PTSC have certain corporate functions and responsibilities to the average shareholder. One of which is that they are responsible for keeping shareholders up to date on all material events that affect Patriot Scientific. This they have failed miserably to do so. The lack of information from the Board regarding timely and frequent updates on the TPL bk situation is in my opinion very important as it certainly reflects directly on the lack of acton on any new licensing efforts and their desire to fail to disclose the agreements that they have made in the past with Dl et al to the detriment imo to the shareholders of PTSC of which they are fiduciary responsible to.

Only the information provided by BaN and Laurie in the form of Pacers and court docs allow us to know of what is happening in regard to the ITC and HTC court events. The fact that the Board has failed to separate us from TPL has taken their eyes off the ball of those evens and additional licensing events.

We need to act as a united group if we do not then we are as guilty as the Board of Directors and we can be called the do nothing shareholders as they are called the do nothing Directors. FYI, I do believe that it is best to do nothing if that means do not harm but I feel that we are past that point.

So please no more bickering any individual who at this advanced date still feel that the current board of ptsc has done a good job and has had the best interest of the majority of ptsc shareholders should seriously seek another venue to have their love fest regarding the three amigos.
