Well it does not seem that way i will take even 12 cents,by the way a post on a different board says we lose review at itc ptsc trades 4 cents.

So.... I can buy a decent used car for the kids to drive today and tomorrow I can either buy a piece of crap junker or a new car...

Is that how you see it, too?
