There would also seem to be no reason why Felcyn and Flowers could not vote Johnson out of the PTSC representative to PDS position by a PTSC Board vote of 2-1, and replace him with one of themselves. Then they could then bring in the third (although I believe Leckrone would fight any third suggested unilaterally by PTSC, which is why he too needs to be replaced).
