I think that signing no new lisences may be good for PDS if the court rules in our favor and if we can put Lecky out of business. Anything that would have been signed prior to the such occurances would have been grabbed by Lecky anyway. No lisences being signed for the past few months either played into Lecky's plan so that he would not have to pay all the claims against him. But a miscalculation of his Chapt 11 filing being handled by a Committee or forcing him into Chap 7 could be his Waterloo.
