1. "Time is of the Essence" .. Turn all legal efforts to pressuring the court to cleaning up the DL BK situation, and it's impact on the PDS BOD and PDS's stalled licensing activity.

2. Petition the BK court to modify the Alliasence/PDS contract because of TPL's incestuous Alter-Ego type ownership and undue influence exerted through PDS, so that all Reverse Engineering and Infringment identification work-product conducted in furtherence of MMP licensing efforts, or that was billed to PDS, is delivered and becomes the sole property of PDS. Furthermore, if Alliasence does not perform to new court established standards, the Licensing contract can be voided by PDS in it's entirety.

2. Immediately revive up all dormant lawsuits simultaneously.
