Now tell me again that Banosser was not checking PACER on or about 2/20/14, and that he (at least) was unaware of the HTC Appeal being filed on 2/20/14.

SGE and all... I was actually completely unaware that HTC had filed this appeal until reading this post right now.. and I have zero excuse for this.. I can only guess that I glossed over it thinking it was related to the Bill of Costs and the multitude of filings related to that issue as late (some of which I did not post).. Going back and reviewing posts (all the way back to the 20th), on the Wed that Ron initially alerted us to this Appeal, I was jammed up all day with work, and then kids and had no time to read the forum posts (so was not even aware then).. in fact since the ITC Appeal ruling I have read significantly fewer of the posts here since so many were just bickering and I had admittedly lost some interest.. but there is no excuse for missing this (I'm a bit shellshocked at this moment, and extremely embarrassed).. it is what the forum has entrusted me to do and I don't take that responsibility lightly.. I do not blame those who will jump to conclusions regarding this as this is obviously a significant event regarding PTSC and it is my fault it was not posted on the 20th, tho I will say ignorance does not make one guilty of purposefully withholding info, which is what I'm sure some will believe is what the intention was here, but I will unequivocally state that is not the case..
