Why not have the company which has its LIFEBLOOD on the line, create a space on its website where THE COMPANY actually PROACTIVELY AND TRANSPARENTLY posts, AS THEY ARE FILED, all PACER and otherwise related legal postings that have to do with these issues that THE COMPANY's MANAGEMENT and BOD blame for their inability to move the company forward and return value to their shareholders.
A great idea but I am sure reasons will be found not to do so.
1. Deemed not to be in the interest of Shareholders.
2. Advised by counsel not to do so because of active and possibly pending litigation.
3. Although we have not instructed counsel to investigate, we believe we may be precluded by Copyright law from publishing information available to the public.
4. How does Banosser cut and paste the info so nicely? Would we need to hire someone?
5. We do not have an employee at PTSC who has enough time or skills to learn and perform the extra effort required every day.
See how I have helped our BoD? ;-)
