I appreciate your reply. One thing that certainly caught my eye was your bit about "Swartz/Lincoln, and Caplan (in the insurance business)" being involved in the agreement. Why would either of these have been involved with the CoMag approval? "Discussion" maybe (again, Why?) but "Approval"? Perhaps I parsed the sentence incorrectly.
