The CFAC will turn this political decision over. They have done it numerous times. I thought the whole game would end there all along. The problem is are we capitalized enough to stay the course. The CFAC will be using our NDOC markman and they will infringe. IMO

I still can not believe that Gildea was allowed to narrow our patent with claims construction to let these thiefs win this battle. Sports analogy they won the 8th inning too bad for them we play 9 innings. Hopefully our closer is off the shelf and ready to go. It would be nice to hear something from the company. Good luck
