Completely agree, if you are looking at it from the standpoint of the shareholder... but imo this ITC ruling changes nothing for those who 'steward' the MMP for its shareholders/owners... for them, nothing has really changed.. I doubt they feel any urgency at all.. their pay too should be tied to MMP fees
