Perhaps the most valuable bit of information we can speculate from this pathetic and weak PR, is that PTSC is unable to participate or even threaten to prosecute any infringers until TPL's BK case sufficiently resolves itself further. It once again appears we are completely at the mercy of others for our business and investment future.

I doubt PTSC wanted to even release a PR to inform us, but rather, that they simply needed to comply with the 8K requirements of a Material Events disclosure.
