...Why does PTSC seem so passive in this entire process ???...

My rose glasses interpretation:

To prevent PTSC to potentially (Leckrones take) violate the MasterAG and the ComAG. Leckrone would love to have an obvious reason to sue PTSC for breach of contract.

Now all "wrongdoing by TPL and Alliacense" is brought up by others "without" a PTSC risk.

Question:

What if the BK judge decides to take out leckrone, due to TPL´s or Alliacense´s "unability" to generate revenue?

Will this BK TPL Judge Ruling be enough to terminate at least the ComAG?

BTW. after the ITC ruling i did love to read the Moore Pacer, tks BaNosser for posting.
