shares trading hands. This is anything but a panic sitiation and is being managed quite carefully it appears. If/when the licenses come in again and if/when dividends are delivered as was reportedly suggested they would be, the current share prices could well prove to be a real bargan. But there is first the need to end the current and ongoing Kabuki theater in the BK proceedings.
