Why haven't you filed your opposition to TPL's plan. You have a fiduciary responsibility to your shareholders. Moore has filed his opposition. Why haven't you? Why are you not using all that information from the Patriot vs TPL litigation to support why Leckrone should be removed as debtor in possession.

What is it that Leckrone holds over you that prevents you from protecting Patriot Shareholders? Gloria, are you guilty of insider trading as (I believe) you stated Dan Leckrone accused you of? Carl, did you illegally use PDS funds to pay Patriot as (I believe) you stated Dan Leckrone accused you of doing?

Cliff...shame on you. How can you look in the mirror knowing that you could have done something to help shareholders and yet you remain silent. Turn them all in and ask for immunity if you need it.
