IMO the ITC ruling had no real end game results for us. If we would have prevailed the Companies would had paid the bond while it was appealed to the CFAC. I believe the strategy of these big companies is to beat us up financially and kill us before we ever get there. If we were to get there then settle on the threshold of the court date. They have succeeded so far we are in financial trouble and they have held on to their money.

Question about the reverse engineering that apparently we do not own? Since the NDOC has basically said that TI and Qlcmm chips that contain PLLs infringe is the reverse engineering as important as it was before?
