As a layman, i think that PTSC is interpretating that legal issue different, when it comes to Leckrone. I would have loved (and i posted this on agora, but no one took the lead) to see shareholders in 2012 asking a state attorney to investigate the "Apple Issue-Case against TPL", based on public interrest....

Like the ITC is ruling different to the NDOC, like David Pohl ruled and decided different to you about your own legal background.

I call this common sense, that to be in the right and to get the right decision, are two very different animals.

So i do prefer that now, today, ptsc can benefit from others, and yes, may be this was a long term strategy to come exactly to that point.....!

May be not a John Wayne strategy and action but, i cross my fingers for positive results. Do You?
