I believe the hearing is set for 2PM for the judge to decide if the Creditors' Committee plan will be accepted. Remember, if it is accepted, DL will be removed as debtor in possession and I believe the Committee was asking for the cancellation of the Alliacense Services Agreement.

I would hope for some big news from Patriot if these things do happen. Possibilities:

1. Void ComAg, void PNewco Operating agreement

2. Announcement of new licensing company, followed by an increase in licensing activity, followed by Dividends
