First off Lecky is going the Chapter 11 route..--NOT seven..

This means,,'IF' the court allows, He remains in control, as DEP.

He claims that he can satisfy his creditors with income from licensing..

So in doing that,, 'if he is successful', Patriot should receive a share of those proceeds.

We already have a jury decision in our favor. --unless overturned,, which seems unlikely--.
