I'm afraid that these impotent, arrogant, yet gluttonous non-leaders of PTSC are simply communicating in the only way they know how. Silence. I suppose we're the fools for not believing it or comprehending that a Public Company could be run so poorly, yet with such impunity.

By remaining silent, to them in their arrogant twisted logic, it's probably their way of communicating they have no leadership skills, vision for the company, business acumen or plan to move the company forward. They have hunkered down in the fox hole trying keep their heads out of the line of fire to preserve their income, let their masters take advantage of the situation where they can, and fear that any communication with shareholders that would illuminate the situation would only serve to give desperate shareholders some hope. And thus, if things continue on this path they've led us down, they'll be even more liable. They want to obfuscate and bury the facts, to outlast weary shareholders, hoping that in the end, that will protect them.

They're likely right, in that most will give up rather than spend their resources fighting these poor excuses for public company managers. They may continue to communicate privately with the shareholders who have and will continue to excuse and explain away their abysmal performance, but refuse to act the least bit professional to even acknowledge serious minded questions by shareholders.

Just as they've had no plan for the last nearly 4 1/2 years, THAT's RIGHT - IT'S BEEN ALMOST FOUR AND A HALF YEARS since Cliff took over as interim CEO, they're in crisis mode now, and have had ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to prepare for it, yet have no game plan even now. It's beyond mind numbing.

They cower and hide. Yet with arrogance and no embarassment or conscience. Who knows if this is irretrievable at this point, but this band of yahoos had so many opportunities to right the ship and/or step away to allow competent people to do so, yet their arrogance and contempt for shareholders keeps them in control of PTSC to preserve their own hides and the masters they serve. All to the detriment of the 16,000 plus shareholders who simply wanted honest people to put in an honest effort and execute the most basic management functions. Essentially, in their minds, they're the ones who KNOW better, yet they're the ones who have stewarded the company to 5 cents and not only re-upped on the mistakes of the past, but embedded the company even deeper in those mistakes, and removed even the most basic protections to the company and shareholders in the process.

It's sad to say, but fellow Agoracom.com posters and shareholders, WE have the company WE DESERVE. To Cliff, Gloria, and Carlton, and your puppeteers, you are FAILURES and you're no different that Dan Leckrone! That your arrogance probably makes you believe otherwise, doesn't change THOSE FACTS!
