• The MMP has won at the NDOC
• The MMP has lost at the ITC
• You've protected our business partner whom we COULD have fired under the previous lopsided-against-us contract by tying us to a NEW contract that doesn't allow us to fire them now
• You remain silent in the BK proceedings of that same business partner, leaving OUR interests to be determined by others, rather than speaking up for us as the other creditors have done.
• You don't even acknowledge, much less respond to shareholder e-mails.
• You've abdicated your management role to a private company, your stewardship role to other creditors, and your communication role to message board posters.

Don't we deserve more than open doors and SEC compliance for $142.7K per month?
