Please correct me if I am wrong...but isn't it suspected (an likely) the $958k awarded for the HTC win is based on the APPLE license?

Now with that being said...Is there any outcome in the BK that could help us going forward to getting a better payout from the HTC court win? Does it work that way?

I see the biggest hurdle is future licensing value after the HTC award...
