"I think the CEO and board members are in cahoots together and have decided to sit on there butts and draw a very nice salary with not a care in the world. This is a sure sign of not wanting to face shareholders with virtual shareholders meeting. Note to Patriot Scientific, " We the shareholders demand some kind of reason as to why there will be a virtual shareholder meeting other then your cowardness!!!!"
