I hope you all saw the heart that was displayed by the Aztecs last night. SDSU finishes the regular season at 27 - 3 and beats basically a college minor league pro team in the lobos last night. coming back from being down 16 with 11 minutes to go and wining on a 27 to 1 run.

I say minor league pro team as they are know to bring in ringers as sorry those of you from New Mexico your history is such that the Lobo's are basically the only game in Albqu NM and when you bring in trees that are already me of 225 plus pounds that are on their way to the NBA (see stats on their post men) and a ringer from Australia well you should win. Heck preseason NM was rated #1 in conference... SDSU was ranked #4 in a rebuilding year and not ranked and yet....

Lastly .... SDSU plays in the Mt. West which last post season I think had four teams go to the tournament. However, and one of the reasons I wish we would move to another conference I think that SDSU is one of the few teams in the conference that plays at Sea Level. How many Dukes, NC States, Florida's etc etc etc.... play continuous away games at no less then 4 - 5 thousand feet and in the case of Wyoming 7.000 feet. The Aztecs are at immediate disadvantage playing in that thin air for a day while those teams practice in it year round. Also, it says something that SDSU is unbeaten at home where these teams like the Lobos from NM come in with lungs use to height and have extra stamina at sea level and still lose.

I know there is still the tournament in Vegas (what a stupid conference always playing the tournament in Vegas at the Mack arena the home of the LV Rebels) and then the NCAA's but the Aztecs have already beaten the pundits.

Take note Warren Buffett and those who will play his billion dollar gamble (what a bet!!!!) the Aztecs have beat this year 4 top 25 teams..... check out say how many Wichita State an unbeaten team has beat..... answer NONE.....

Just felt like saying some thing good has come out of San Diego since we are the home of Patriot.....
